Happy October! This week's release radar kicks off spooky season with a few killer releases and starts us off with a brand new playlist for the month. Looking forward a into the rest of the month, there's going to be quite a few heavily anticipated releases on this months release radar, and we're starting off already with quiet a few titles to get the 10th month of the year going. As always, this is just a short highlight of some releases that we've seen this week, week of 9/29.
Starting us off, UK band Trash Boat released their album Heaven Can Wait, which is the bands 4th studio album. The band announced the album back in July and has since released a few singles from the album such as Are You Ready Now? and Break You. The band has shared how personal the album is to them prior to it's full release, which is available to listen in full now.
Next up we have an album drop from Palomino Blond. The Miami band dropped you feel it too today, and also start off their tour with They Hate Change & others. As the owner is FL based, we're always looking for new FL bands to add to the radar, and this recent release from Palomino Blond was an easy entry for us.
Going the more indie/alternative and folk-inspired route, we have the EP release of Clipped Wings from Maya Hawke. The EP features four tracks, one of which we released at the beginning of the week. This EP comes after the May release of her album Chaos Angel, the four tracks being noted as the lost songs from said album.
To finish off the release radar, we head in more of a post-hardcore direction with an album release from Drug Church and well as an album release from Balance and Composure; both bands having released a few singles from the albums that are officially out today.
